Jeffrey is a fabulous realtor! He is a walking encyclopedia, able to tell us all about every neighborhood and condo complex in Ann Arbor. Jeffrey showed us a range of condos, pointing out the pros and cons of each. Because he knows the market so well, we were able to get a sense of pricing quickly. Jeffrey is also very gracious. He always responded to our questions quickly and clearly. What is more, while providing a wealth of information, he never gave us the hard sell. Because Jeffrey would talk about the problems of condos or the reasons why they might not be a good fit for us, and not just sing the praises of every unit, we felt that we could trust his judgment and opinions.
Jeffrey’s help didn’t end with the signing of the purchase agreement. He also steered us to lawyers, home inspectors, and insurance companies — all of whom provided excellent service.
